摘要 概述了国内外关于柴油机喷油器喷孔积碳形成及其影响的研究现状,主要总结了国外喷孔积碳形成机理、影响积碳形成的主要因素以及积碳形貌特征观察和元素分析采用的技术手段,分析了积碳对喷孔流量、喷雾质量、燃烧状况以及废气排放物的影响,介绍了积碳试验方法以及积碳控制手段。最后总结了当前喷孔积碳研究中存在的问题,并对下一步研究方向进行了探讨。 This paper summarizes the research status on the formation and influence of diesel injector nozzle deposit at home and abroad , discusses the research progress of the deposit formation mechanism and the main factors which affect deposit formation as well as the modern techniques for deposit morphology obser -vation and elements analysis , analyzes the influence of nozzle flow , spray quality , combustion condition and exhaust emissions , and introduces the deposit test method and deposit control means .Finally, it sums up the problems existing in the current research and explores the development trend of deposit research .
