摘要
对60株分离自不同植物根际的木霉菌菌株(包括哈茨木霉菌,绿色木霉菌,康宁木霉菌和绿木霉菌)进行了平皿对峙试验、测定了几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性。所有菌株在这三个指标上均表现出明显的差异。选择38个抑菌能力、几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性不同的菌株进行的盆载试验表明,所有菌株对棉花立枯病都有防治效果,但不同菌株的防治效果差异显著。相关性分析表明,木霉菌防治棉花立枯病的效果与平皿对峙抑制率,几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性间没有数量上的相关关系。
Sixty isolates of Trichoderma spp. isolated from different plant rhizosphere including T. harzianum, T. viride,T. koningii and T. virens were tested in dual cultures on their inhibition ability to Rhizoctonia solani causing cotton seedling damping-off ,and on production of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase. All tested isolates showed significant variances in all the three parameters. Thirty eight isolates with different levels of inhibition rates,chitinase and β-1, 3-glucanase activities were chosen for pot test against cotton damping-off caused by Rhizoctonia solani. The results indicated that all the tested iso lates showed various ability to reduce the disease rate. It was found that there were no quantitative correlations between biocontrol ability of Trichoderma isolates and their in hibition ability in vitro , chitinase and β-1 > 3-glucanase production, respectively.
