系统地论述了全面质量管理的理念及其在美国社区学院的实施模式、实施策略、案例、管理人员的角色转变等问题。这种成功实践对我国高职教育的改革与发展提供的启示是:必须不断改进教育服务,满足所有"顾客"的需要;必须建立健全校内教育质量保证体系;必须重视过程管理,倡导以小组形式的全员参与。
The article systematically explores the opinions of TQM,its models of implemen ta tion,strategies of implementation,cases,role of administrators in American community colleges.And what's more,it primar-ily explores the in spi ration that TQM brings about to our higher vocational education.
