摘要
OCC废纸制浆中的废渣收集和处理是生产线设计的难点和要点,为优化车间生产环境和操作性,以及便于后续的废渣深度处理,须对废渣进行分类回收和分类预处理。文章介绍了OCC制浆的主要排渣设备和排渣特点,并论述了一套OCC废纸制浆的废水废渣综合预处理方案。
The collection and treatment of waste in OCC pulping is a difficult point and key point in the design of the production line.In order to optimize the production environment and operability of the workshop,and to facilitate the subsequent treatment of the rejects,we need to carry out classified recovery and classified pretreatment of rejects.This paper introduced the main rejects equipment and their characteristics,and discussed a comprehensive pretreatment scheme of wastewater and rejects from OCC pulping.
