摘要
热压可以提高涤纶纤维纸的物理性能,尤其是机械强度。本实验通过正交实验研究了不同热压工艺对涤纶纤维纸强度性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜对热压前后的纸张结构进行观察。结果表明:涤纶纤维纸的最佳热压工艺条件为热压温度120℃,压力0.5 MPa,辊速4 m·min-1,热压次数2次。
Thermal press process should been carried out to enhance polyester fiber paper's the mechanical properties. By conducting an orthogonal experiment and using SEM to research the microstructure under different thermal pressing conditions, the optimal conditions of thermal pressing were determined as follows: thermal temperature 120℃, thermal pressure 0.5 MPa, velocity of pressing roll 4 m·min-1, and thermal pressing twice.
