摘要
高血压病是常见的心脑血管疾病重要发病因素之一,也是全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。近年来,我国高血压患病率呈上升趋势。高血压常导致心血管并发症的发生,严重影响患者的生活质量。有效降低患者血压,保护高血压靶器官,是目前治疗高血压的重点。检索近年关于高血压病代谢组学的中医药治疗的相关文献,并进行了归纳总结,探讨高血压病中医证型的代谢组学研究和药物治疗高血压病的代谢组学研究进展。
Hypertension is one of the important risk factors for common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is also a major global public health problem.In recent years,the prevalence of hypertension is rising in China.High blood pressure often leads to cardiovascular complications,which seriously affect the quality of life in patients.The key for treatment of high blood pressure includes effectively controlling blood pressure and protecting hypertensive target organs.This study retrieved and summarized the recent literature on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment for hypertension metabonomics,and exploring the research progress on metabonomics of hypertension TCM syndrome types and metabonomics of drug treatment for hypertension.
