摘要
本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法等对动力定型在射箭规范训练中的应用与价值进行研究,其目的是以最基础的技术动作为例,通过对大量重复训练的对比,进而得出:将动力定型应用至传统射箭的规范训练,有助于提升技术动作的稳定性,使动作达到自动化的程度,在大量重复训练后,各项技术指标都有显著提高,比赛中技术动作运用的成功率也显著上升,同时具有稳定运动员情绪、改善竞赛心理等方面的作用。
By using research methods such as literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper does an in-depth study on the application of the dynamic stereotype in archery training and its value, with the purpose of making comparison in a large scale of repetitive trainings by taking the most basic technical movements as examples. It is concluded that applying dynamic stereotype to the traditional specification of archery training can help to improve the stability of the technical movement and make the movement reach atomicity. After a large numbers of repetitions, various technical indicators are visibly improved, and the movement success will also rise significantly. At the same time, it also helps to stabilize the athletes' mood and improve their competition psychology.
