摘要 抗菌肽Cathelicidin LL-37(简称LL-37)是人体先天免疫系统的重要组成部分,广泛存在于机体的多个器官及组织中,可以直接参与调节机体炎症的发生、发展,或通过巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞等免疫细胞间接调控机体防御功能,在机体的防御功能中扮演重要角色,同时LL-37可以促进受损组织的修复与再生。本文广泛查阅LL-37的直接、间接抗菌作用及其机制,LL-37通过促血管新生,细胞迁移、增殖分化等作用,进而加速细胞修复的相关文献后,进行总结分析,对抗菌肽LL-37抗菌及修复功能机制方面的相关研究进展作一综述。 As an important role in the repair and defense system of the body,antimicrobial peptide LL-37 widely exists in body tissues and organs. LL-37 can directly participate in the occurrence and development of inflammation,development,or by macrophages,neutrophils and other immune cells to regulate the body's immune function,playing an important role in the body 's defense system. At the same time,LL-37 can promote the repair and regeneration of damaged tissue. The recent literatures about LL-37 function involved in direct,indirect antimicrobial effect and mechainism,LL-37 by promoting angiogenesis,cell migration,proliferation and differentiation to promote of wound repair were extensively reviewed and analyzed to review the recent progress about the mechanisms of LL-37 in antimicrobial and wound repair.
