摘要
[目的]分析2010～2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌的发病与死亡情况及其变化趋势。[方法]数据来自浙江省14个肿瘤登记处上报的肿瘤登记资料,采用全国2000年标准人口构成和Segi’s世界标准人口结构进行人口标化。[结果] 2010～2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌新发病例共7735例,死亡病例6315例。食管癌的发病粗率为13.21/10万,中标率为7.62/10万,世标率为8.29/10万。食管癌的死亡粗率为10.78/10万,中标率为5.69/10万,世标率为6.65/10万。浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌发病率及死亡率和年龄均呈正相关。发病在0～39岁年龄段处于较低水平,在80～岁年龄组达到高峰,为77.91/10万。死亡主要见于40岁之后,85岁以上年龄组达到高峰,为89.33/10万。2010～2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌发病率和死亡率总体呈下降趋势。[结论]浙江省食管癌发病率、死亡率开始呈下降趋势,但仍是影响居民健康的主要疾病之一,需进一步加强对食管癌的防控工作。
[Purpose] To estimate the incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2014. [Methods] The cancer registration date were collected from 14 cancer registries areas of Zhejiang Province. Incidence and mortality were standardized by the Chinese population census(ASR China) in 2000 and Segi’s world population(ASR world). [Results] There were 7735 new cancer cases and 6315 cancer death cases reported in Zhejiang cancer registration areas from 2010 to 2014. The crude incidence rate of esophageal cancer was 13.21/10~5;the ASR China was 7.62/10~5 and the ASR world was 8.29/10~5. The esophageal cancer crude mortality rate was 10.78/10~5;the ASR China was 5.69/10~5 and the ASR world was 6.65/10~5. Incidence and mortality rate of esophageal cancer had positive correlation tendency with age. The Incidence remained low before 39 years old,and peaked in age group of 80~years(77.91/10~5). Age-specific mortality remained low among 0~44 years old,and reached peak at age group of 85^+years(89.33/10~5). Incidence and mortality rate showed a general downward trend. [Conclusion] The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer in Zhejiang Province begin to decline,but it is still one of the major diseases affecting the health of the people. It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of esophageal cancer.
