摘要
目的探究对胆结石患者分别行腹腔镜胆囊切除术、开腹手术治疗的临床效果。方法应用随机分组法对医院2015年2月至2018年7月诊治的60例胆结石患者进行研究,对照组(30例)实施开腹切开治疗,研究组(30例)实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,比较研究两种手术治疗的临床效果。结果 (1)手术效果对比:研究组的手术用时、术后住院时间明显比对照组短,其出血量与疼痛评分明显比对照组少,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)术后并发症对比:研究组的术后并发症发生率(6.67%)明显比对照组(23.33%)低,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)临床疗效对比:研究组的临床总疗效(100.00%)明显比对照组(80.00%)高,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对胆结石患者实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术,可显著缩短具体的手术用时、术后住院时间,同时也可降低术中的出血量,缓轻疼痛,减少术后切口感染、腹腔感染及肾功能损害等多种并发症出现,手术安全性更高,有提倡意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones.Methods A randomized grouping method was used to study 60 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2018.The control group(30 cases)underwent open cholecystectomy and the study group(30 cases)underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The clinical effects of the two surgical treatments were compared.Results(1)Comparing the effect of operation:the time of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the bleeding volume and pain score were significantly less than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)Comparing the complications after operation:the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.33%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(3)Clinical efficacy comparison:The total clinical efficacy of the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones can significantly shorten the specific operation time and hospital stay after operation,and also reduce intraoperative bleeding and relieve pain.It is advocated to reduce complications such as incision infection,abdominal infection and renal function damage after operation,and to improve the safety of operation,it has advocacy significance.
