摘要
目的针对患有食管黏膜下肿瘤的患者,对其采用消化内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗以后,分析该治疗方法的临床效果。方法在本院2018年3月至2019年3月,接受患有食管黏膜下肿瘤的患者中随机挑选72例,对其进行传统手术治疗(对比组)和消化内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗(观察组),对比两组患者的治疗效率、手术时间、住院时间以及术中出血量。结果 (1)对比两组患者的治疗有效率:本次研究中,观察组患者的治疗效率为91.67%(33/36),对比组患者的治疗效率为77.78%(28/36),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量:在本次研究中,观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量均要小于对比组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论患有食管黏膜下肿瘤的患者,对其采用消化内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗以后,能够有效提高患者的治疗效率,使患者的临床症状得到明显控制,提高患者的术后恢复能力,使患者能够早日出院。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of this treatment in patients with esophageal submucosal tumors after endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Methods During the period from March 2018 to March 2019,72 patients with esophageal submucosal tumors were randomly selected for conventional surgery(comparative group)and digestive endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)treatment(observation group),comparing the treatment efficiency,operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups of patients.Results(1)Comparison of treatment effectiveness between the two groups:In this study,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was 91.67%(33/36),and the treatment efficiency of the comparison group was 77.78%(28/36).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were compared:In this study,the operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding of the observation group patients The amount was smaller than the comparison group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with esophageal submucosal tumors can effectively improve after endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).The patient’s treatment efficiency makes the patient’s clinical symptoms clearly controlled,improves the patient’s postoperative recovery ability,and enables the patient to be discharged early.
