摘要
目的探讨对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者中应用综合护理干预对患者依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选择50例急性心肌梗死PCI术后病人作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。随访半年,对两组病人的依从性及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组病人依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死PCI术后病人中应用综合护理干预,能有效提高患者依从性与护理满意度。
ABSTRAC:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient compliance and nursing satisfaction in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI were selected as the study subjects,divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention.After six months of follow-up,the compliance and care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can effectively improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.
