摘要
目的探究子宫腺肌症患者在子宫切除术围手术期间采取综合护理的作用。方法以收治的90例子宫腺肌症患者为对象,纳入时间在2016年6月至2018年6月间,平均分配为两组,在围手术期对照组45例采取一般护理,观察组45例采取综合护理,观察两组护理效果。结果对两组护理后的效果进行比较,发现对照组总有效率是84.44%,观察组是95.56%,区别明显(P<0.05);观察两组患者术后出血量、排气时间、下床时间及住院时间,发现观察组各项数值均比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论对子宫腺肌症患者在全子宫切除术的围手术期间开展综合护理,效果较优,对改善预后和提高生活质量方面有积极作用。
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing on adenomyosis patients during perioperative period of hysterectomy.Methods Treat 90 cases adenomyosis patients from June 2016 to June 2018 as study objects.Divide them into two groups in average.45 cases in control group were treated with general nursing during perioperative period and 45 cases in observation group with comprehensive nursing.Observe nursing effects of two groups.Results Compare nursing effect of two groups.Total effective rate of control group was 84.44%and that of observation group was 95.56%,(P<0.05),with obvious difference.Bleeding amount,exhaust time,out of bed time and hospitalization time of observation group was less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has good effect on adenomyosis patients during perioperative period of total hysterectomy,and has positive effect on improving prognosis and life quality.
