摘要
目的研究个体化护理模式在减重代谢手术患者术后饮食运动管理中的应用。方法按照随机方法从医院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的减重代谢手术患者中抽取80例作为此次临床实践研究的主要观察对象,对患者的临床资料与具体手术情况加以分析,在等量指导原则下将患者平均划分为两组,即常规组和研究组,每组中各有患者40例。在患者术后分别对其应用不同的护理方法,常规组患者术后主要对其实施常规化的饮食运动管理,研究组患者术后则在常规护理基础上进一步接受医院的个体化护理。对患者在不同护理管理模式下的具体临床表现进行观察,通过出院随访,对患者护理干预前后的饮食、运动态度转变情况进行比较。结果两组患者护理干预前,Frank1评分比较并无明显差异,护理后,Frank1评分均有所提高,其中研究组饮食运动护理依从良好率为95%,明显高于常规组的82.5%;且研究组患者出院后的病态饮食率为2.5%,显著低于常规组的15%。两组临床统计结果比较具有明显差异,具备统计学的临床研究意义,即P<0.05。结论个体化护理模式在减重代谢手术患者术后饮食运动管理中的应用,全面提高了患者的饮食行为和运动行为依从性,纠正了患者病态饮食习惯,临床应用的总体价值、效用显著。
Objective To study application of individualized nursing model in management of diet and exercise after weight-loss metabolic surgery.Methods According to random method,choose 80 cases weight-loss and metabolic surgery patients in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as main observation objects in the clinical practice study.Analyze clinical data and specific operation conditions.Under principle of equal amount,divide them into two groups in average,i.e.routine group and research group,40 cases in each group.After operation,treat them with different nursing methods:routine group received routine diet and exercise management after operation,and research group received further individualized nursing in hospital on the basis of routine nursing.Observe specific clinical manifestations of patients under different nursing management modes,and compare changes of diet and exercise attitudes of patients before and after nursing intervention through follow-up after discharge.Results Frank 1 scores showed no significant difference between two groups before nursing intervention.After nursing,Frank 1 scores were improved.Good rate of diet and exercise nursing compliance in research group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 82.5%of routine group,and the morbid diet rate in research group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 15%in the routine group.Clinical statistical results difference showed statistical clinical research significance between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Application of individualized nursing model can improve diet and exercise behavior compliance in management of diet and exercise of patients after weight-loss and metabolic surgery,correct their morbid diet habits,and have conprehensive value and significant effect clinically.
