摘要
目的探讨小儿静脉留置针在血液病患儿中的临床应用与护理体会。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例均接受小儿静脉留置针的血液病患儿为对象,按照随机数表法分两组。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用个性化输液护理方法。比较两组的一次穿刺成功情况、穿刺回血情况、穿刺回血时间以及临床护理满意度。结果研究组的一次穿刺成功率为90.00%,穿刺回血率为96.00%,家属临床护理满意度为96.00%,均高于对照组的66.00%、66.00%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的穿刺回血时间为(20.20±13.30)s,短于对照组的(48.30±15.65)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液病患儿实施小儿静脉留置针治疗过程中联合应用个性化输液护理方法,具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing experience of intravenous indwelling needle in children with hematological diseases.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,100 children with hematological diseases who received intravenous indwelling needle were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with routine nursing method,and the study group was treated with individualized infusion nursing method.The success of one puncture,the time of puncture and blood return,and the satisfaction of clinical nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one puncture in the study group was 90.00%,the rate of blood return was 96.00%,and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing of the family members was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.00%,66.00%,80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of puncture and blood return in the study group was(20.20±13.30)s,which was shorter than that in the control group(48.30±15.65)s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great value to apply individualized infusion nursing method in the course of intravenous indwelling needle treatment in children with hematological diseases.
