摘要
目的探讨银离子敷料治疗下肢及足部慢性伤口创面的护理效果。方法选择2018年2月到2019年2月我院接收的300例下肢及足部慢性伤口患者作为研究对象,使用随机分配法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组150例,观察组150例,观察组使用银离子敷料对患者进行治疗,对照组使用常规敷料对患者进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效率、WBS评分和VAS评分。结果 (1)观察对比两组患者对于下肢及足部慢性伤口的治疗效果,观察组患者的治疗总有效率要高于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察对比两组患者的创口创面评分(WBS)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),观察组患者的两种评分都要低于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银离子敷料治疗下肢及足部慢性伤口的效果显著,可以有效地减小患者的伤口大小和减轻疼痛情况。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of silver ion dressing on the treatment of chronic wounds in lower limbs and feet.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,300 patients with chronic wounds of lower extremities and feet received from our hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random distribution method.One hundred and fifty cases in the control group and 150 in the observation group.The observation group was treated with silver ion dressing,while the control group was treated with conventional dressing.The treatment efficiency,WBS score and VAS score of the two groups were observed and compared.Results(1)To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups on chronic wounds of lower limbs and feet,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)The wound score(WBS)and pain visual analogue score(VAS)of the two groups were observed and compared.The two scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver ion dressing is effective in treating chronic wounds of lower limbs and feet,which can effectively reduce the size of wounds and relieve pain.
