摘要
目的探讨早期脑室-腹腔分流术同期联合颅骨修补术治疗脑外伤伴脑积水的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院从2017年1月至2018年1月收治的外伤伴脑积水患者40例,按治疗方法不同随机分成两组,对照组采用早期脑室-腹腔分流术分期联合颅骨修补术进行治疗,观察组采用早期脑室-腹腔分流术同期联合颅骨修补术进行治疗,对于两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的生活能力评分、运动能力评分等指标数据都要优于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异具有可比性。结论对于脑外伤伴脑积水患者采用早期脑室-腹腔分流术同期联合颅骨修补术进行治疗临床治疗效果较好,患者治疗满意度较高,各项指标数据改善明显,值得进行临床推广使用。
Objective Toexplorethe clinical effect of early ventriculoperitoneal shunt combined withsimultaneous cranioplasty in the treatment of cerebral trauma complicated with hydrocephalus.Methods 40 cases of cerebral trauma complicated with hydrocephaluswho were treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Neijiangfrom January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study.They were randomLy divided into a control group and an observation group according to treatment methods.Early ventriculoperitoneal shunt combined with staging cranioplasty wasadopted in the control group whileearly ventriculoperitoneal shunt combined with simultaneouscranioplasty was employed in theobservation group.Results Thescores of the indicators including daily living ability and motor function of the patients in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early ventriculoperitoneal shunt combined with simultaneouscranioplasty is effective in the treatment ofcerebral trauma complicated with hydrocephalus.It boasts of high satisfaction rate and significant improvement of various indicators.Therefore,it deserves wide application in clinical practice.
