摘要
目的探讨知识提高护理在老年痴呆症患者中的价值。方法收集我院老年痴呆症患者为研究对象,分为:研究组和对照组。研究组在对照组常规护理上采取知识提高护理。对比干预前后两组的生活质量评分及服药依从性。结果干预前两组患者的生活质量评分比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05);干预后研究组的服药依从性明显高于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论知识提高护理可以帮助老年痴呆症患者提高对疾病知识的掌握,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the value of knowledge in improving nursing care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Alzheimer’s disease patients in our hospital were collected and divided into research group and control group.The study group adopted knowledge improvement nursing on routine nursing in the control group.The quality of life score and drug compliance of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results There was no difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge improvement nursing can help Alzheimer’s patients improve their knowledge of disease and improve their quality of life.
