摘要
目的探讨分析对妊娠糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素和常规胰岛素进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法本次临床研究选取在我院接受治疗的120例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,收治患者的时间为2017年01月至2019年03月。将全部的患者根据治疗方法平均分为门冬胰岛素组(n=60例)以及常规胰岛素组(n=60例)。前者接受门冬胰岛素治疗,后者则接受常规胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者的血糖控制效果。结果门冬胰岛素组患者的血糖治疗效果明显好于常规胰岛素组患者(P<0.05);门冬胰岛素组患者的血糖控制效果明显好于常规胰岛素组患者(P<0.05);门冬胰岛素组患者的足月产率明显高于常规胰岛素组患者(P<0.05);两组患者的生产方式对比,门冬胰岛素组患者的顺产例数略高于常规胰岛素患者,但组间对比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论本次临床研究的结果表明,对妊娠糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素进行治疗,有着更为确切的治疗效果,能够更好的控制患者的血糖,切实的改善患者的妊娠结局,是一种治疗妊娠糖尿病有效方式,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of insulin aspart and conventional insulin in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 120 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in this clinical study.The patients were admitted from January 2017 to March 2019.All patients were equally divided into the aspart insulin group(n=60 cases)and the conventional insulin group(n=60 cases)according to the treatment method.The former receives insulin aspart and the latter receives conventional insulin therapy.Compare the blood glucose control effects of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose treatment effect of the insulin asparts group was significantly better than that of the conventional insulin group(P<0.05).The glycemic control effect of the insulin aspart group was significantly better than that of the conventional insulin group(P<0.05);insulin aspart The full-term yield of the patients was significantly higher than that of the conventional insulin group(P<0.05).The production methods of the two groups were slightly higher than those of the conventional insulin patients,but there was no comparison between the groups.Significant difference,(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of this clinical study show that the use of insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes has a more precise therapeutic effect,can better control the patient’s blood sugar,and effectively improve the patient’s pregnancy outcome,is a treatment of pregnancy An effective way of diabetes is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
