摘要
目的研究对宫颈癌前病变患者实施阴道镜配合高频电波刀诊断治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院宫颈癌前病变患者132例展开研究,按治疗模式不同分为对照(单纯LEEP刀治疗)和观察组(阴道镜配合LEEP刀诊断治疗);对比手术效果、手术成功率、手术时间和术中出血量。结果观察组手术效果和手术成功率较对照组高,手术时间和术中出血量较对照组低,P<0.05。结论对宫颈癌前病变患者实施阴道镜配合高频电波刀诊断治疗效果较佳,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical effects of colposcopy combined with LEEP in diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix.Methods A total of 132 patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix who were treated in Zhangqiu District People’s Hospital,Jinan,Shandong were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment modes.LEEP alone was adopted in the control group while colposcopy combined with LEEP was applied to the diagnosis and treatment in the observation group.The operation effects,success rate,operation duration and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group enjoyed better operation effects,higher success rate,lower operation duration,and lower intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix boasts of favorable effects of diagnosis and treatment and therefore is worthy of promotion and use for references.
