摘要
目的研究对眼外伤早期继发青光眼采用对症治疗的效果。方法纳入我院于2017年8月至2018年8月收治的70例眼外伤早期继发青光眼患者,所有患者均进行对症治疗,研究对症治疗的临床效果。结果治疗后患者的平均眼压得到显著改善,治疗前(41.98±3.25)mmHg,治疗后(17.26±1.31)mmHg的眼压对比(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。有2例患者治疗后的眼压高(发生率为2.86%)。其余68例患者的眼压经过治疗均控制在21mmHg之内(发生率97.14%)。结论对眼外伤早期继发青光眼采用对症治疗的效果显著,能够缓解患者的眼压情况,促进患者的快速康复,可以在临床上予以推广使用。
Objective To study the effects of symptomatic treatment on early glaucoma secondary to ocular trauma.Methods 70 patients with early glaucoma secondary to ocular trauma who were treated in Changyi People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were included for study.All of them received symptomatic treatment.The clinical effects of symptomatic treatment were studied.Results After treatment,the average intraocular pressure of the patients was significantly relieved.It was(41.98±3.25)mmHg before treatment and(17.26±1.31)mmHg after treatment,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Two patients suffered from high intraocular pressure after treatment(accounting for 2.86%)and the intraocular pressure of the remaining 68 patients was all controlled within21 mmHg after treatment(accounting for 97.14%).Conclusion The application of symptomatic treatment in early glaucoma secondary to ocular trauma enjoys significant effects.It can relieve the intraocular pressure of the patients and accelerate the recovery of the patients.Therefore,it can be widely applied in clinical practice.
