摘要
目的观察比较早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术的临床疗效及生活质量,探讨早期乳腺癌患者更为有效的治疗案。方法回顾2011年2月至2013年12月间我院收治的60例早期乳腺癌患者临床资料,将采用改良根治术治疗30例患者为对照组,将用保乳手术治疗的30例患者设为观察组,观察对比两组患者临床疗效生活质量。结果经随访5年,观察组局部复发率、远处转移率以及生存率与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1年、3年、5年时的FACT-B评分均明显高于对照组,且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌采取保乳手术治疗与改良根治术的临床疗效相当,但可明显提升患者术后生活质量,具有较高临床推广应用价值。
Objective To compare the clinical effects and patients’quality of life between breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer and accordingly to explore more effective treatment program for patients with early breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of early breast cancer who were treated in People’s Hospital of Shifang City from February 2011 to December 2013 were reviewed for this study.The cases were divided into two groups:a control group(n=30)in which modified radical mastectomy was adopted and an observation group(n=30)in which breast-conserving surgery was adopted.The clinical effects and patients’quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results According to five years of follow-up visits,there was no significant difference in local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,all of the FACT-B scores of the observation group one year,three years and five years after the surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of breast-conserving surgery are similar to those of modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer.However,breast-conserving surgery can significantly improve patients’quality of life after surgery and therefore has high value in clinical application.
