硝酸酯类药物治疗心血管疾病的药学应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析硝酸酯类药物治疗心血管疾病的药学应用价值以便在临床上运用。方法筛取2017年10月至2018年10月内我院接诊的70例患有心血管疾病的患者的病例资料,通过统计分析将其分为两组,对照组为35例采用他汀类药物进行治疗的患者,实验组为35例应用硝酸脂类药物进行治疗的患者。通过分析一段时间后两组患者的临床治疗作用效果,以便对硝酸脂类药物治疗心血管疾病的临床治疗作用进行深入分析。结果经过一段时间的临床治疗,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为67.87%,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为90.37%,两组临床治疗效果的差异性十分明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。同时两组患者并未出现很严重的不良患者。结论硝酸酯类药物对心血管疾病的临床治疗作用要明显优于采用他汀类药物进行治疗,且用药安全性高,值得在临床中加以推广应用。 Objective To analyze the pharmaceutical application value of nitrate drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases for clinical application.Methods 70 cases of cardiovascular diseases were screened from the patients who were admitted to Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2018 and divided into two groups evenly by statistical analysis.The control group was treated with statins while the test group was treated with nitrate drugs.Then the clinical therapeutic effects were analyzed after some time in both groups and the clinical therapeutic effects of nitrate drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases were further analyzed accordingly.Results After a period of clinical treatment,the overall response rate of the control group was 67.87%,while the rate of the experimental group was 90.37%.The difference of clinical treatment effects was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there were no patients whose health deteriorated in the two groups.Conclusion Nitrate drugs have obviously better clinical effects in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases than statins and enjoys high safety.Therefore,nitrate drugs are worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
