摘要
目的观察足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的效果。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年7月接收的足部骨折患者48例,由入院时间先后分组,常规组和干预组各24例,分别采用钢丝骨间结扎内固定和微型钛板内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于常规组,骨折愈合时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的效果较显著,能缩短患者骨折愈合时间,促进愈合痊愈,且可有效降低并发症发生率,有助于提高足部功能。
Objective To observe the effect of internal fixation with miniature titanium plate for foot fracture.Methods A total of 48 patients with foot fractures received from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were enrolled.The admission time was divided into two groups:24 cases in the conventional group and the intervention group.The patients were treated with internal fixation with wire and bone and micro titanium plate.Fixed treatment,comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the fracture healing time was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of micro-titanium plate internal fixation on foot fracture is significant,which can shorten the time of fracture healing,promote healing and cure,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve foot function.
