摘要
目的探讨对胎膜早破产妇实施全面产科护理干预的临床效果。方法选取本院自2015年10月至2018年5月收治的110例胎膜早破产妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用全面产科护理干预。对采用不同护理方式的两组患者的各项指标进行统计记录和整理,并将数据结果进行分析对比。如:产妇在护理干预前后的焦虑及抑郁程度对比;产妇的自然分娩率和母乳喂养率对比;产妇对护理的满意度对比。结果观察组的胎膜早破产妇通过全面的产科护理干预,各项统计指标均明显优于对照组;对护理的满意度,显著较对照组高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胎膜早破产妇的临床护理中,使用全面产科护理干预方式,可以提高产妇的自然分娩率和母乳喂养率,减少和减轻产妇产后抑郁及焦虑情绪的发生,临床效果明显。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive obstetrical nursing intervention on premature rupture of membranes.Methods 110 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes from October2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing program was used in the control group and comprehensive obstetrical nursing intervention was used in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing.The indexes of two groups of patients with different nursing methods were statistically recorded and sorted,and the data results were analyzed and compared.Such as:The degree of anxiety and depression of parturient before and after nursing intervention,the rate of natural delivery and breast-feeding of parturient were compared;comparison of the natural delivery rate and the breastfeeding rate of the parturient;Comparison of maternal satisfaction with nursing.Results In the observation group,the pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were significantly superior to the control group in every statistical index of obstetric nursing intervention,and their satisfaction with nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of the parturient with premature rupture of membranes,the use of comprehensive obstetric nursing intervention can improve the rate of natural delivery and breast-feeding of the parturient and reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression and anxiety,and the clinical effect is obvious.
