摘要
酒作为一种人工酿造的含有乙醇的饮料,在我国具有悠久的历史。现试从酒的起源谈起,主要从酒的利弊两方面入手,探讨了酒的益处与中医药的关系:酒的儒家礼仪文化内涵,文人饮酒文化,道家饮酒文化,医家以酒入药的文化传统;以及酒的害处与中医药的关系:过饮伤身的中医学认识,以"节饮"为主的酒德文化和针对"酒伤"的中医药治疗。从而初步分析我国传统酒文化及其与中医药的关系。
As a kind of artificial alcoholic beverage,wine has a long history in China.Starting from the origin of wine,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of wine and TCM,advantages:the Confucian etiquette culture with wine,the literati drinking culture,the Taoist drinking culture,the cultural that doctor of traditional Chinese medicine using alcohol as medicine;and the harms of alcohol:traditional Chinese medicine think drinking hurts one’s health,the culture of drinking manner which mainly focuses on'moderate drinking',In view of Chinese medicine treatment of'alcohol injury'.Thus,the relationship between traditional Chinese wine culture and Chinese medicine is preliminarily analyzed.
