摘要
目的探讨米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2018年9月我院收治的宫外孕患者100例随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组采用米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合保守治疗,比较两组效果。结果两组总有效率以及β-HCG水平值相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对宫外孕病患治疗时运用米非司酮结合甲氨蝶呤药物,患者恢复效果非常好,并且能够有效防治不良反应。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of mifepristone and methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment.Methods Choose 100 cases ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January2018 to September 2018,divide them into observation group and control group randomly,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with methotrexate,and observation group with mifepristone and methotrexate combined with conservative treatment.Compare curative effect of two groups.Results Difference of total effective rate andβ-HCG level of two groups showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate has good recovery effect in treatment of ectopic pregnancy and can prevent and treat adverse reactions effectively.
