摘要
目的探讨在预防住院病人跌倒或坠床中应用持续质量改进的效果观察。方法选择从2017年3月至2018年3月收治的100例住院病人纳入研究,随机分为2组,对照组行常规护理,研究组则在此基础上联合应用持续质量改进措施。比较分析两组跌倒、坠床发生情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组的临床护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,P<0.05;研究组的坠床发生率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的10.00%,P<0.05;研究组的跌倒发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的14.00%,P<0.05。结论应用持续质量改进措施可以有效预防住院病人跌倒或坠床,可以有效提高临床满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in preventing inpatients from falling or falling into bed. Methods A total of 100 inpatients from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomLy divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing, while the study group combined with continuous quality improvement measures. The occurrence of falls, falling into bed and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in the study group was 98.00%, significantly higher than that in the control group(86.00%, P<0.05);the incidence rate of falling in the study group was 0.00%, significantly lower than that in the control group(10.00%, P<0.05);the incidence rate of falling in the study group was 2.00%, significantly lower than that in the control group(14.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement measures can effectively prevent inpatients from falling down or falling into bed,and can effectively improve clinical satisfaction.
