摘要
目的对改良下睑袋整形手术方法进行总结、探讨,观察其对于下睑松垂的整形治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法将98例下睑松垂整形治疗患者作为临床研究对象,按照随机的方式将其划分为治疗研究组与治疗对照组,各组患者49例。对治疗对照组患者采取传统的下睑袋整形术进行治疗,对治疗研究组患者采取改良下睑袋整形术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果和治疗对照组患者相比,治疗研究组患者对于整形治疗的满意度更高,且治疗研究组患者治疗后的两侧不对称、下睑外翻、皮肤淤血及睫毛脱落的发生率较治疗对照组更低,各项观察指标数据对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下睑松垂患者采取改良下睑袋整形术进行治疗,可以提高患者对整形治疗的满意度,取得更加理想的整形治疗效果,值得加强推广与实践。
Objective To observe the effect of modified blepharoplasty on lower eyelid blepharoplasty for the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 98 patients with lower eyelid blepharoplasty were randomLy divided into treatment group and treatment control group, with 49 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and patients in the treatment group were treated with modified lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Results Compared with patients in the treatment control group, patients in the treatment study group had higher satisfaction with plastic surgery, and lower incidence of bilateral asymmetry, lower eyelid ectropion, skin congestion and eyelash loss, etc., with statistically significant differences in each observation index data(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified blepharoplasty for patients with lower eyelid blepharoplasty can improve patients’ satisfaction with plastic surgery and achieve more ideal plastic surgery effect, which is worthy of promotion and practice.
