摘要
脂肪肝是临床上较为常见的一种肝脏病理改变,主要是因多种原因导致诱发的肝细胞内脂肪堆积过多的病变,其并不是一种独立的疾病,是仅次于病毒性肝炎的第二大肝病。脂肪肝在临床的发病率不仅呈升高趋势,同时患病群体亦呈现出年轻化的趋势,目前临床上尚不明确脂肪肝的发病机制。实验室检查主要是对病患的门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平进行检验,其均属于实验室检查项目中转氨酶指标,临床通常将转氨酶水平检验作为一项重要的辅助检查以诊断脂肪肝病患,有利于提高临床的确诊率,减少误诊的出现。
Fatty liver is a common clinical pathological change in the liver. It is mainly caused by a variety of causes of excessive accumulation of fat in hepatocytes. It is not an independent disease. It is the second largest liver disease after viral hepatitis. The clinical incidence of fatty liver is not only increasing, at the same time, the diseased population also shows a trend of younger. At present, the pathogenesis of fatty liver is not clear in clinical practice.Laboratory tests mainly test the levels of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in patients, which are all indicators of transaminase in laboratory tests. In clinic, aminotransferase level test is usually used as an important auxiliary examination to diagnose fatty liver disease, it can improve the clinical diagnosis rate and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
