摘要
目的研究分析护理沟通方法在门诊注射室中的临床效果及其应用价值。方法选取本院在门诊注射室接受治疗的患者280例,选取时间为2018年2月到2018年12月,根据护理方式的不同,将其分成对照组和观察组,各140例,观察组应用护理沟通方法,对照组常规护理,记录并对比两组门诊注射室患者的护理满意度和护患纠纷事件发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度为96.43%,要高于对照组的87.14%,观察组护患纠纷事件发生率为1.43%,低于对照组的8.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取了护理沟通方法的门诊注射室患者,其护理满意度明显提高,且护患纠纷事件发生率低,值得大力推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect and application value of nursing communication method in outpatient injection room. Methods A total of 280 patients in the outpatient clinic were enrolled, the patients were selected from February 2018 to December 2018, according to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 140 cases in each group, the nursing communication method of the observation group and the routine nursing of the control group were used to record and compare the nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of the nurse-patient disputes in the two groups of outpatient injection rooms. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than of the control group(87.14%), the incidence of nurses and patients in the observation group was 1.43%, which was lower than that of the control group(8.57%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The outpatient injection room patients who have adopted the nursing communication method have significantly improved their nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of nursepatient disputes is low, which is worth promoting.
