摘要
目的探究脑梗死患者康复中接受人性化护理干预的效果。方法用简单随机化法将脑梗死康复中患者100例分为2组,对照组行常规护理,实验组行人性化护理。结果实验组康复依从性优良率(96.00%)明显较对照组优良率(72.00%)高,P<0.05;实验组干预后的ESS评分低于对照组,BI指数高于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑梗死患者在康复中接受人性化护理,可取得较好的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 100 patients in cerebral infarction rehabilitation were divided into 2 groups by simple randomization method, the control group received routine nursing, the experimental group received humanistic nursing. Results The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation compliance in the experimental group(96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%), P< 0.05;The ESS score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the BI index was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction received humanized nursing in rehabilitation, can achieve good results.
