摘要
目的研讨综合治疗在内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者中的应用及效果。方法以我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的108例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者作为本组课题的实验对象,根据患者实际病情,予以性激素替代疗法、鲑鱼降钙素以及手术等一系列综合治疗,观察记录患者不同治疗时间段的实际骨量值(BMD),同时对疼痛以及不同病区BMD的改善情况进行评估。结果患者经治疗后,股骨颈、Wards三角区等部位的BMD值较治疗前均明显提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,患者的股骨颈、Wards三角区、大转子BMD与骨痛症状总有效率依次达到96.3%、98.1%、94.4%与98.1%。结论对内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者实施性激素替代疗法、鲑鱼降钙素以及手术等一系列综合治疗,疗效显著,并且可明显减轻患者的骨痛症状,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive treatment for patients with endocrine dysregulated osteoporosis. Methods One hundred and eight patients with endocrine disorders of osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects in this group. According to the actual condition of the patients, sex hormone replacement therapy, salmon calcitonin and surgery were performed. A series of comprehensive treatments were performed to observe the actual bone mass(BMD) of patients during different treatment periods, and to evaluate the pain and improvement of BMD in different wards. Results After treatment, the BMD values of the femoral neck and Wards triangle were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of femoral neck, Wards triangle, trochanter BMD and bone pain symptoms reached96.3%, 98.1%, 94.4% and 98.1%. Conclusion A series of comprehensive treatments such as hormone replacement therapy,salmon calcitonin and surgery for patients with endocrine dysregulated osteoporosis have significant curative effect and can significantly alleviate the symptoms of bone pain in patients. It is recommended.
