摘要
目的讨论人性化护理理念在眼科局麻手术护理中的应用价值。方法以我院146例眼科局麻手术患者作为研究对象,而后随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(人性化护理),评判标准:各项护理效果指标。结果研究组患者的护理满意度、收缩压、心率、SAS及SDS评分指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论人性化护理可改善患者的负面情绪,提高其护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the application value of humanistic nursing concept in ophthalmic local anesthesia surgery. Methods 146 cases of ophthalmic local anesthesia patients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and then randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing) and the study group(humanistic nursing), the evaluation criteria: each nursing effect indicators. Results The nursing satisfaction, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, SAS and SDS score indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Humanistic nursing can improve patients’ negative emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
