摘要
目的研究食道癌手术患者采用护理干预对其术后肺部并发症的预防价值。方法我院选取2017年02月-2018年02月92例食道癌手术患者,随机分为研究组(N=46)和常规组(N=46),常规组为一般护理,研究组为综合护理。分析护理满意度、术后肺部并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理满意度为(97.83%),常规组护理满意度为(84.78%),P<0.05;研究组术后肺部并发症发生率为(2.17%),常规组术后肺部并发症发生率为(19.55%),P<0.05。结论对食道癌手术患者采用综合护理干预措施,应用价值优异,值得推广。
Objective To study the preventive value of nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer surgery for postoperative pulmonary complications. Methods 92 patients with esophageal cancer surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into study group(N=46) and routine group(N=46). The routine group was general nursing and the research group was comprehensive nursing. Analysis of nursing satisfaction and postoperative pulmonary complications. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was(97.83%),the satisfaction of the routine group was(84.78%), P< 0.05. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the study group was(2.17%). The incidence rate was(19.55%), P< 0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with esophageal cancer surgery has excellent application value and is worthy of promotion.
