摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对全麻苏醒期患者的临床应用效果。方法选取在我院手术室进行全麻手术患者共64例,随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组给予手术室常规术后护理,观察组在此基础上,根据患者的病情、心理状况、手术过程等,在麻醉苏醒期实施综合护理干预措施,比较两组患者在麻醉苏醒期间生命体征及躁动的发生率等。结果观察组麻醉苏醒期的血压、心率明显稳定在正常范围,且躁动的总发生率为18.75%,明显低于对照组的50.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对全麻苏醒期患者实施综合护理措施,能有效减轻麻醉苏醒期患者的躁动,降低患者术后疼痛程度,这对促进患者术后恢复具有重大的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical application of general anesthesia patients in recovery period. Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing general anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group, the control group was given routine post-operative nursing in the operating room, on this basis, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during the recovery period of anesthesia according to the patient’s condition, psychological status and operation process, the vital signs, the incidence of restlessness were compared between the two groups during anesthesia recovery. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were obviously stable in the normal range during the recovery period of anesthesia, and the total incidence of restlessness was 18.75%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.0%), there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for patients during the recovery period of general anesthesia can effectively alleviate the agitation of patients during the recovery period of general anesthesia and reduce the degree of pain after operation, which is of great significance for promoting the recovery of patients after operation.
