摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预对初产妇保健能力和新生儿护理能力的影响。方法针对我院自2015年6月至2018年6月收治的120例初产妇进行研究分析,利用数字随机法,将其均分为两组,其中60例为观察组,接受优质护理措施,60例为对照组,接受基础护理措施,通过临床随访调查,观察两组患者临床护理满意度与健康知识掌握情况,探究优质护理干预方式对提升初产妇保健能力与新生儿护理能力的影响。结果观察组综合满意度、妇幼保健知识掌握率均显著高于对照组,护理后SAS、SDS评分情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理干预模式能够有效提升初产妇妇幼保健意识,改善其孕期前后负面情绪状态,提升综合满意度,改善预后,值得推广。
Objective To explore the impact of quality nursing intervention on primipara health care ability and neonatal care ability. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of primiparas admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were analyzed and analyzed. The digital randomization method was used to divide them into two groups, 60 of which were observation groups and received quality nursing measures. 60 patients in the control group received basic nursing measures. Through clinical follow-up survey, the clinical nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of the two groups were observed, and the effects of quality nursing intervention on improving primipara health care ability and neonatal care ability were explored. Results The comprehensive satisfaction rate and maternal and child health knowledge acquisition rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The SAS, SDS and scores after treatment were significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The quality nursing intervention model can effectively improve the maternal and child health awareness of primipara, improve the negative emotional state before and after pregnancy, improve overall satisfaction, improve prognosis, and is worth promoting.
