摘要
对于心脏病人采取非心脏手术治疗,其出现并发症甚至死亡的概率相比于无心脏病者要高,对患者进行精心周密的护理,做好麻醉护理配合十分重要。本文主要总结心脏病人施行非心脏手术的麻醉护理配合体会。收集本科近年45例病人进行综合分析,对于施行非心脏手术的心脏病人,需要在术前详细询问患者病史,做好身体准备、药品仪器准备,进行心理护理,术中配合麻醉医生术中监测及管理,掌握手术室护士术中配合要点,进行全面的护理,以提高护理质量,促进患者治疗效果的提升。
Complications and mortality of anesthesia and operation in patients with heart disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery are significantly higher than those without heart disease. This article mainly summarizes the experience of anesthesia care for cardiac patients undergoing non cardiac surgery. Collect 45 cases of patients in our department in recent years, for patients with heart disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery, it is necessary to inquire the patient’s medical history before operation, make good physical preparation, prepare medicines and instruments, carry out psychological nursing, cooperate with anesthesiologists during operation monitoring and management, master the key points of cooperation during operation and carry out comprehensive nursing, in order to improve the quality of nursing and promote the improvement of patients’ treatment effect.
