摘要
目的研究分析对老年糖尿病患者在临床中应用综合护理干预后的效果。方法择取在2017年9月至2018年9月到我院就诊的120例老年糖尿病患者,进行随机平均分组,划分为60例参照组与60例研究组,分别行常规护理、综合护理干预,统计干预前后血糖与生活质量情况,并对比分析。结果 (1)干预前后血糖指标对比:干预前,对比两组血糖指标水平无统计学差异(P> 0.05);干预后,研究组2hPBG、FPG明显低于参照组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)预后生活质量对比:干预后,研究组总体健康、心理功能、社会功能、生理功能明显高于参照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床中对于老年糖尿病患者,若选择对其应用综合护理干预,能够帮助控制血糖,并提升生活质量,应当推广。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients withdiabetes mellitus in clinical practice. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes who were admitted toour hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into 60 reference groups and 60 studygroups. Nursing intervention, statistical analysis of blood glucose and quality of life before and after intervention,and comparative analysis. Results(1) Comparison of blood glucose levels before and after intervention: There was nosignificant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention,the 2 hPBG and FPG of the study group were significantly lower than the reference group. Differences(P<0.05);(2)Prognosis quality of life comparison: After intervention, the overall health, psychological function, social functionand physiological function of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group, and the differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical practice of elderly diabeticpatients, if they choose to apply comprehensive nursing intervention, which can help control blood sugar and improvethe quality of life, it should be promoted.
