摘要
目的观察产前及产后护理对初产妇母乳喂养率的影响。方法以2016年7月至2017年7月为研究时段,选取85例初产妇作为研究样本,以抽签的方法随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=42),对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以产前及产后护理。而后对比两组产妇平均泌乳时间以及母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇平均泌乳时间以及母乳喂养率与对照组比较,存在明显差异,即P<0.05。结论产前及产后护理对初产妇母乳喂养率的影响较深,值得学习、研究。
Objective To observe effect of prenatal and postnatal nursing on breastfeeding rate of primipara. Methods Choose 85 cases primiparas from July 2016 to July 2017 as research period and samples. Divide them into observation group(n=43) and control group(n=42) by casting lots. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and observation group with prenatal and postnatal nursing. Compare average lactation time and breastfeeding rate between two groups. Results Average lactation time and breastfeeding rate of observation group was significantly different control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Prenatal and postnatal nursing has profound influence on breast-feeding rate of primipara, which is worthy of learning and researching.
