摘要
随着现在腔镜手术的迅速发展,有关腔镜器械的集中清洁与消毒开始成为医院控制感染的首要环节,而且腔镜器械清洗、灭菌的质量是有效控制院内交叉感染、确保患者临床安全的有力保证。医院消毒供应中心对腔镜器械进行集中消毒,可以进一步提高医院的经济效益,同时还可以提高供应室的工作效率,在一定程度上还能减轻手术室护士工作的压力,让供应室设备发挥出最大潜能。腔镜器械规范性的清洗、保养、消毒和灭菌不仅能让器械保持良好的功能,减少院内感染的发生,还能延长器械的使用寿命,降低医疗上的成本。医院消毒供应室对腔镜器械进行集中的清洗、消毒,能有效提高临床上对器械的使用效果。本文主要是通过总结腔镜手术器械纳入医院消毒供应中心后遇到的问题,然后进行严格的清洗器械环节,同时提供几种灭菌方法,最终分析清洁消毒的意义所在。
