摘要
目的分析重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征的临床护理方法及效果。方法选取我院收治的64例重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者为研究对象,按照组别的不同采用不同的护理方法,比较两组患者的住院时间及护理满意度。结果研究组患者住院时间显著优于比较组,且研究组患者的护理满意度96.9%显著高于比较组81.3%,P<0.05。结论根据患者的实际情况给予针对性的优质护理能有效提高患者的护理满意度,缩短住院时间,促进患者的早日康复。
Objective to analyze clinical nursing methods and effect of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods choose 64 cases severe acute pancreatitis complicated with respiratory distress syndrome patients treated in our hospital as research objects, apply different nursing methods for different groups, compare length of stay and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups. Results length of stay of study group was significantly better than control group, and nursing satisfaction degree of study group was 96.9%, significantly higher than 81.3% of control group, P<0.05. Conclusion targeted quality nursing based on actual situation of patients can improve patient's nursing satisfaction degree effectively, shorten length of stay and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
