摘要
目的通过食源性突发事件的调查,查找致病因子,分析成因,更好地预防和控制食源性突发中毒事故的发生。方法应用描述性分析、病例对照分析和实验室检验等,分析暴露餐次、可疑食品及可能存在的污染途径。结果在该食源性突发事件中,海鲜炖蛋为中毒主要食品,中毒细菌为副溶血性弧菌。结论此次事件为因食用被副溶血性弧菌污染的食品所致的食源性暴发事件。
Objective To investigate the foodborne emergencies,find the pathogenic factors,analyze the causes,in order to better prevent and control the occurrence of foodborne sudden poisoning accidents.Methods Descriptive analysis,case control analysis and laboratory tests were conducted to analyze the exposure of meals,suspected food and possible pollution routes.Results In this foodborne outbreak,the poisoning bacteria were vibrio parahaemolyticus.Conclusion The incident was a foodborne outbreak incident,it is caused by consumed food contaminated by vibrio parahaemolyticus.
