摘要
目的对药学干预在降血脂药临床合理应用中的意义。方法取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的200例降血脂药物治疗患者为研究对象。分成两组,100例患者不予以药学干预,设为对照组;100例患者予以药学干预,设为实验组。全程关注两组患者的治疗进程,记录两组患者的预后,分析和比较两组患者的不合理用药情况以及不良反应情况。结果实验组的药物用法不合理、药物用量不合理、给药途径不合理以及药物重复使用的比率较低,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率较低,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在降血脂药物治疗过程中,实施药学干预,能够确保药物合理应用,降低药物滥用以及不良反应的发生率,保障患者预后以及疗效。
Objective To evaluate the significance of pharmaceutical intervention in clinical rational use of hypolipidemic drugs. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital, 200 cases of patients treated with lipid-lowering drugs were selected as the subjects of study in January. Divided into two groups, 100 patients were not given pharmaceutical intervention, and they were treated as control group. 100 patients were given pharmaceutical intervention, and they were treated as experimental group. Pay attention to the course of treatment of two groups of patients, record the prognosis of the two groups, analyze and compare the irrational use of drugs and adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The ratio of drug usage in the experimental group, the unreasonable drug dosage unreasonable, medication unreasonable and repeated use of drugs is relatively low, and the difference in control group data was confirmed statistically significant,(P<0.05); adverse reaction in experimental group was low, and the data between the control group obviously, confirmed the existence of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of lipid-lowering drugs, the implementation of pharmaceutical intervention can ensure the rational use of drugs, reduce the incidence of drug abuse and adverse reactions, and ensure the prognosis and efficacy of patients.
