摘要
目的了解胃十二指肠出血患者用消化内镜手段进行治疗的病情控制效果以及应用价值。方法分析对象来自2015年-2016年期间本院消化内科收治确认胃十二指肠出血患者相关临床资料,从中抽取70例并根据患者入院时间先后将其每组35例分为对照组(常规胃十二指肠出血对症手段治疗)和观察组(消化内镜手段治疗)。通过对患者临床资料回顾性分析了解消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床效果。结果通过患者典型症状变化判断疗效,提示观察组患者治疗总有效率数据明显优于对照组,差异经统计学软件处理提示有意义(P<0.05);记录各组患者以下指标:止血时间、住院费用、住院时间,提示观察组患者止血时间和住院时间所得数据均明显优于对照组,差异经统计学软件处理提示有意义(P<0.05)。结论胃十二指肠出血患者用消化内镜治疗能够在更短时间内达到止血效果,控制患者病情恶化趋势,缩短住院时间,保障生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastroduodenal hemorrhage and its clinical value. Methods To analyze the object from the 2015-2016 period in this hospital were confirmed gastroduodenal bleeding related clinical data were extracted from 70 cases, and according to the admission time were successively to 35 patients in each group were randomly divided into control group(conventional symptomatic treatment means of gastroduodenal hemorrhage) and observation group(endoscopic treatment). The clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastroduodenal hemorrhage was analyzed by retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results To determine the effect by changing the typical symptoms of patients, suggesting that the total efficiency of the observation group data significantly better than the control group, difference afterstatistics processing software that has meaning(P<0.05); were recorded the following indicators: hemostasis time, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization time, suggesting that the bleeding time observation group patients and hospitalization time data were significantly better than control group, difference afterstatistics processing software that has meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage with digestive endoscopy can achieve the effect of hemostasis in less time, control the deterioration trend of the patients, shorten the length of stay and protect the quality of life, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
