摘要
目的研究并分析小针刀松解治疗跟骨骨质增生临床效果。方法选取我院在2015年3月到2017年3月期间收治的50例跟骨骨质增生患者进行研究。分组方法为随机数字表法,将其分为实验组和参照组,各25例。对参照组患者予以曲安缩松治疗,对实验组患者予以小针刀松解治疗,观察记录两组患者的治疗效果,并对其进行比较。结果对比两组患者的治疗效果,实验组患者的治疗效果96.00%(24/25),参照组患者的治疗效果76.00%(19/25),同参照组跟骨骨质增生患者治疗总有效率对比,观察组跟骨骨质增生患者获得显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论对跟骨骨质增生患者予以小针刀松解治疗,可提高治疗效果,具有显著效果,值得临床上借鉴以及进一步普及。
Objective To study and analyze clinical effect of needle knife release treatment for calcaneus hyperosteogeny. Methods Choose 50 cases calcaneus hyperosteogeny patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 for study. With random number table method, divide them into experimental and reference group, 25 cases in each. Reference group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide, experimental group with needle knife release therapy. Observe and record treatment effect of two groups, and carry on comparison. Results Compared with the therapeutic effect of the two groups, the therapeutic effect of the patients in the experimental group was 96.00%(24/25), and the therapeutic effect of the control group was 76.00%(19/25).Compared with the total effective treatment of patients with bone hyperplasia, the observation group and bone hyperplasia were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion Needle knife release therapy can improve treatment effect of calcaneus hyperosteogeny patients with significant effect, which is worthy of further promotion and reference clinically.
