摘要
目的观察独活寄生汤联合艾灸治疗腰痛的临床治疗效果。方法以2013年9月至2015年3月在我科就诊的50例腰痛患者为研究对象,随机分为中药治疗组及联合治疗组。中药治疗组选用独活寄生汤加减口服治疗,一日一剂,日三服,治疗四周后观察治疗结果;联合治疗组采用艾灸合独活寄生汤加减联合治疗,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况,对两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行比较。结果两组患者经治疗后疼痛改善率分别为65.7%、79.2%;功能改善率81.5%、87.7%。两组患者治疗后比较治疗效果具有差异,具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前后进行比较,两组之间VAS评分以及ODI具有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰痛患者采用独活寄生汤联合艾灸治疗方案,其治疗效果确切,相对于仅用独活寄生汤治疗疗效更好,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得于临床中推广应用。
Objective to observe clinical curative effect of Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction combined with moxibustion in treatment of backache. Methods treat 50 cases backache patients in our department from September 2013 to March 2015, divide them into TCM and combination group randomly. TCM group was treated with oral Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction addition and subtraction, one dose per day for three days, observe treatment result four weeks after treatment; combination group with moxibustion combined Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction, observe clinical symptoms improvement of two groups, compare visual analogue scale(VAS) scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI) of two groups before and after treatment. Results after treatment, pain improvement rate of two groups was 65.7% and 79.2% respectively, and function improvement rate was 81.5% and 87.7%. Effect difference showed statistical significance between two groups after treatment. Difference of VAS scores and ODI showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of low back pain patients with marmel treatment combined with moxibustion treatment program, the treatment effect is exact, compared with only the only active parasitic soup treatment better, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, worthy of clinical application.
