摘要
目的研究不同时机应用高压氧治疗对重度颅脑外伤患者疗效的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的78例重度颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将78例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,观察组患者在8-30d对患者进行高压氧治疗,对照组患者在31-60 d时对患者进行高压氧治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,且观察组患者出现不良反应的几率也小于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论对重度颅脑外伤患者,在患者病情稳定的情况下,尽早行高压氧治疗能有效提高治疗效果,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on severe traumatic brain injury at different times.Methods We selected 78 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 as the subjects of study,using the random number table method,78 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 39 patients in the observation group were 8-30 d on patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,patients in the control group of patients with 31-60 d hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the observation probability of patients with adverse reactions are less than that of the control group,significant difference between two sets of data(P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with severe traumatic brain injury,in patients with stable condition,early drinking hyperbaric oxygen treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
