摘要
目的探究复杂性肾结石患者通过微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术与开放性肾切开取石术治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法选取在2015年1月至2016年6月来我院治疗的80例复杂性肾结石患者,根据自愿的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组患者人数分别为40人。微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术与开放性肾切开取石术分别为对观察组和对照组采取的治疗方法。结果在平均手术时间、术中出血量、结石排净时间及住院时间方面,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5%明显低于对照组的25%,(P<0.05);对照组生存质量各指标得分低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论复杂性肾结石患者通过微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术与开放性肾切开取石术治疗相比,在缩短手术时间、术中出血量、结石排净时间及住院时间的同时,使不良反发生率明显降低,且患者生存质量明显改善,存在一定推广价值。
Objective To investigate clinical value of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy and open nephrotomy treating complex renal calculi patients. Methods Choose 80 cases complex renal calculi patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016. Divide them into observation and control group according to voluntary principle, 40 cases in each. Observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy, and control group with open nephrotomy therapy. Results Average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, lithagogue time and length of stay of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05); incidence of adverse reactions was 5%, significantly lower than 25% of control group(P<0.05); indexes and scores of life quality of control group was lower than observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with open nephrotomy therapy, minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy can shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, lithagogue time and length of stay, and lower adverse reaction incidence significantly, and improve patient's life quality significantly, with some certain value of promotion.
