摘要
目的观察胃结肠息肉应用胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗的临床疗效。方法收集了2014年9月至2016年9月间本院收治的273例胃结肠息肉患者,均系维吾尔族患者,用内镜粘膜切除术予以摘除,观察创面情况和患者并发症发生率。结果273例患者顺利摘除,无出血及穿孔发生。结论胃结肠息肉手术应用胃肠镜下高频电切治疗可以减轻患者的痛苦,不失为是安全、有效的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal endoscopic electrocoagulation for colon and stomach polyps. Methods A total of 273 patients with polyps of stomach and colon from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were collected, all of whom were Uygur,endoscopic mucosal resection was performed to observe the wound surface and the incidence of complications. Results 273 patients were successfully removed without bleeding or perforation. Conclusion It is a safe and effective method to treat patients with polyp of stomach and colon under high frequency electrical resection with gastrointestinal endoscope.
